​We offer free shiping Australia national wide and worldwide for buying two ites storewide.

Dispatch Time is 1-3 business day(s).

Orders are tracked and will mostly be delivered from 3 to 10 business days in Australia, 6 to 14 business days for worldwide orders from shipping date. Certain orders may take longer for delivery due to the current freight condition and the destination postcode. We will keep updated if there is any delay occurs.

​​​There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on orders. 

Return& refund

We offer a 14-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you.  

If you have any issues at all please contact us directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Postage will be at the buyer's expense.  We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages. Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.

If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the refund.
